Introducing our 14-day challenge designed to help you remember to move your body, breathe deeply, and release the tension and trauma held within.

Imagine daily prompts and exercises, that will move you away move you from anger, pain and frustration and guide you towards a more embodied existence, feeling more grounded and present in your own skin.

This challenge isn't just about physical movement and releasing tension and stress, this is designed to help you create some simple yet bad ass habits. I get it, trauma and stress can really kick your ass and want to just hang out in the body, BUT, I assure you, IT DOES NOT NEED TO LIVE THERE.

This is why I approach it with compassion, implementing small changes and with a dash real talk while you learn how to do some cool shit.

  • Do I need to be able to join live?

    ~ No, it will be pre recorded and sent out. We will have 1 live call , but even if you can’t make it, it will be recorded and sent out.

  • Is this ok for me even if I am not very mobile or flexible?

    ~Absolutely! The movements will be gentle and have options. Some you can do it from your bed or at your chair at work.

  • I am busy AF, I’m worried I won’t get to it.

    ~Babe, these are designed to be as simple and easy to integrate into ANY schedule and mazing at 15 minutes a day. Anyone can make this time daily

  • What if I get really triggered?

    ~These exercises, whether they are physical, EFT tapping or breathwork, is meant to be gentle, yet very effective. It can create emotional responses. Even though I will be sending out the daily challenges, there will be no coaching for the challenge. If you are unsure and are worried of your own capacity to hold yourself for the 14 days, my suggestion is to look into other offers.
