A somatic approach to exercise, healing and building a strong foundation for the mind and body. For those who are wanting to heal, workout and get their mind and body correct but are pressed AF for time. Its your one stop shop for getting it all in without trying to fight your day.
Imagine a weekly check in with your trainer, healer and coach all in one session who will keep it real while holding a safe space for you to grow, move and learn to chill TF out
What can be expected
-Improved Posture -Better able to handle stress -Stronger Joints and less aches and pains -Being able to carry groceries and do daily activities -Sleep better and feel like a bad ass! -If sessions are repeated more than once a week, chances of weight loss and change in body goes all the way up!
6 week virtual program with weekly live classes that will be recorded. Additional weekly short exercises, prompts, meditations, tapping and support to help you stay on track through the week.
